1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to the SKX Wallet mobile application and the website https://skxpanax.net/. It does not apply to third-party services, blockchain protocols, or websites linked within our app.
2. Information We Collect
We prioritize data minimization.
- Personal Information: We may collect your email address for account creation, customer support, and essential service updates.
- Blockchain Data: As a wallet service, we process your public wallet address and transaction history to display your asset list. This information is public by nature on the blockchain.
- Non-Personal Information: We may collect technical data such as device type, OS version, and app performance logs to improve our service.
What We DO NOT Collect: Because we use Dynamic Wallet (Non-Custodial), we never collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.
3. Purpose of Use
We use the collected information to:
- Facilitate account management and authentication.
- Provide wallet features (Send, Receive, Quest rewards).
- Process Digital Voucher purchases.
- Deliver service notices and respond to customer inquiries.
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Retention and Deletion
- Retention: We retain your email address only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services.
- Account Deletion: You can request account deletion through the app settings (Settings -> Account Management -> Delete Account). Requests are processed within seven (7) business days.
- Blockchain Persistence: Please note that your transaction history on the blockchain is immutable and cannot be deleted by us.
5. Third-Party Services and Partners
To provide our Services, we interact with:
- Dynamic Wallet: For non-custodial key management infrastructure.
- DEX Aggregators/Uniswap: For token swap functionalities.
- Voucher Providers: For digital voucher fulfillment.
These partners process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not share your private keys with any partners.
6. International Data Transfers
Our servers may be located outside of Costa Rica. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.
7. Security Measures
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption and access controls. However, the security of your digital assets ultimately depends on your safe storage of your private keys.
8. User Rights (ARCO Rights)
Under Costa Rican law, you have the right to:

- Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
- Cancellation: Request deletion of your data.
- Opposition: Object to certain types of processing.
